This water based acrylic adhesive has been specially formulated. Solvent free, non-flammable and does not contain hazardous volatile organic compounds. Subfloors must be level, firm, dry, smooth and free of foreign material that would inhibit bonding.  Jelinek Cork adhesive can be used for the installation of QuietCork sheets and rolls or for the installation of Jelinek Cork Mosaic floors.
